Village Center Tower and Townhomes

The recently renovated Village Center Tower and Townhomes consists of 200 one- and two-bedroom senior housing units and 54 affordable family townhomes. Every apartment was touched by the tenant in place rehab which included kitchen cabinets, laminate countertops, energy star appliances, bathroom vanities, medicine cabinets, carpet and LVT flooring.   In addition to the finishes, each unit has new LED light fixtures and new window AC units.

The renovation included a full roof replacement and all new windows and doors. The building corridors and stairwells were refinished as well. At the Townhomes, new siding was installed, and all parking lots were paved. The renovations included new hardscape and landscaping which includes new residential unit fencing.

Village Center renovation work features energy efficient upgrades and water conservation measures. The tower received Enterprise Green Communities Certification.

The property includes parking, community gardens and new grills. All exterior lighting was upgraded to LED. A new fence was installed with gate to the parking lot for added security.

The existing affordable housing community was developed into a community of opportunity with significant upgrades to the building amenities which include a fitness center, community lounge and library, private health exam room and laundry room.
