Shore Hill

The Shore Hill tenant in place unit work will be comprised of energy-efficiency upgrades to all 558 units, including new LED lighting, EnergyStar Appliances, low-flow fixtures, and air sealing. This project will meet Enterprise Green Community standards.

The first floor amenity spaces will be slightly reconfigured and fully updated to accommodate our communities of opportunity program, adding a fitness room.  The community center will receive a renovated kitchen area to meet programming needs.

All community spaces, offices, and common corridors, of which is there is approximately 50,000 SF, will receive new LVT flooring, paint, signage, and LED fixture upgrades.

Minor mechanical upgrades include replacement of exhaust fans and smart boiler controls. There will be roof replacements and solar units installed. Emergency Nurse Call systems will be replaced.  

Exterior sitework includes asphalt sealing ADA accessibility of the parking lot, site fencing, lighting, irrigation, and landscaping.
